Another 48 Lane Vibratory Laning Conveyor ready for dispatched. Completely designed and manufactured in the UK; it is capable of spreading, orientating and laning up to 6 Tons of Fish Fingers an hour ready for insertion into Cartons.

We are over the moon with the performance and quality of our latest fish finger laning system for Germany. The system has been redesigned to increase the packaging capacity of the machine by 33% (from 36 lanes to 48 lanings) without increasing the footprint of the machine.

Driver Southall has been making systems like these for over 50 years and has history to show our brilliant performance and reliability and ease to maintain. All of the Decks and frameworks are constructed from stainless steel  and driven by specially designed hydraulic pumps and receiver pistons to offer fantastic operation and reliability.
