Service Contracts

Driver Southall can offer service agreements to meet your individual needs. Customers with service agreements benefit from the following;

  • Priority on breakdown callouts, service visits and spares orders.
  • 10% discount on all spare parts
  • 10% discount all works completed outside of the scope of the contract (i.e. relocation, modification etc)
  • Engineer to attend site within 48 hours in the case of a breakdown
  • Telephone support on fault finding or troubleshooting

Details below are typical contacts that are offered to our customers;

  • S1 Service Agreement
    • 1 Service & Calibration Visit per Year (Monday – Friday)
  • S2 Service Agreement
    • 2 Service & Calibration Visits per Year (Monday – Friday)
    • Spaced approximately 6 months apart
  • S4 Service Agreement
    • 4 Service & Calibration Visits per Year (Monday – Friday)
    • Spaced approximately 3 months apart
  • SB1 Service Agreement
    • 1 Service & Calibration Visit per Year (Monday – Friday)
    • 2 Call out visits per year (Monday – Saturday)
  • SB2 Service Agreement
    • 2 Service & Calibration Visits per Year (Monday – Friday)
    • 2 Call out visits per year (Monday – Saturday)
  • SB4 Service Agreement
    • 4 Service & Calibration Visits per year (Monday – Friday)
    • 2 Call out visits per year (Monday – Saturday)
