Introducing the new Driver Southall P1000 Hi speed checkweigher produced for, and with the collaboration of, the mailing industry.
In conjunction with a number of our customers, Driver Southall have developed a checkweigher that meets the needs of the modern security mailing industry and are pleased to announce the release of the P1999 Hi Speed checkweigher.
The P1000 HS will checkweigh at speeds of up to 16,000 pieces per hour on DL size envelopes, with an accuracy of +/- 0.5g.
The P1000HS checkweigher has a micro-processor based keyboard with simple set-up procedure, a motorised conveyor transport system, and is fitted with a high speed reject assembly to enable non-conforming envelopes to be rejected from the production line.
The P1000HS checkweigher is easily maintained and comes with the legendary Driver Southall guarantee of reliability.
